Promoting excellence in Dental Prosthetics

Australian Dental Prosthetists Association (SA) Incorporated

Effective 1 July 2010 Prosthetists are required to conform to a new system of Mandatory Continuing Professional Development.  Sixty hours of CPD are required to be accrued over a three year period (or twenty hours per year) for ongoing Registration.  As previously detailed to members a series of education nights have been scheduled throughout 2011 to assist our South Australian members in this regard.  Members are encouraged to continue to communicate with the elected committee members regarding the selection of lecture topics.  It is important that our Practices remain up to standard to enable our profession to continue to develop as an important part of the dental team.  A CPD Certificate will be provided following the completion of lectures for record keeping purposes.
